Lock It In: When you join the Buckeye Beauty Bank, you're committing to at least three months of membership—because beauty is a marathon, not a sprint.
Your Beauty Bucks, Your Rules: Banked funds never expire as long as you keep your membership active. No pressure, no deadlines—just savings waiting for you.
Set It & Forget It: Your membership auto-renews every month on the same date of purchase for at least three consecutive months. After that, it keeps rolling unless you decide otherwise.
Cancel Anytime (With a Heads-Up): If you need to cancel, just shoot us an email at buckeyebeautybar@gmail.com at least 30 days before your next billing cycle. If you wait until the last minute (less than 30 days), you’ll still be charged for the next month.
Use It or (Eventually) Lose It: If you cancel, you have 12 months to use up any remaining banked funds. But keep in mind—once you cancel, those sweet member discounts and perks are no longer available.
For You & Only You: Your banked funds and membership perks can’t be shared or used for group appointments—this is your beauty bank, not a community piggy bank.
No Double-Dipping: Membership discounts can’t be combined with other promos. We love a good deal, but we gotta draw the line somewhere.
Final Sale Vibes: Banked funds are non-refundable—so be sure you’re in it for the glow-up!
A Gift For You! Your FREE Icon Photofacial is valid for 12 months following the purchase date of Buckeye Beauty Bank.
Gifting Rules: You can use your balance to buy a gift card (because sharing the love is cool), but no discounts apply. Also, gift cards can’t be used to purchase a membership.
Tip Your Besties: Gratuity isn’t covered by banked funds. Please tip your providers via cash, credit/debit card, Venmo, or Cash App.
Rejoin Restrictions: If you cancel, you’ll need to wait 12 months before signing back up. Plus, the free service perk is a one-time deal—rejoining won’t get you another.
No-Show No-Nos: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in your banked funds being applied to the full-service price, and the membership discount won’t be honored. Any extra charges from add-ons or service modifications will be billed to your card on file.
